I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to walk beside you as we shine light into the shadows — the places that often get ignored when we’re busy proving or performing.

My work blends leadership coaching, culture consulting, and artful conversation. I help individuals and teams see what’s really going on beneath the surface, so they can lead with clarity instead of compliance, connection instead of control.
