I’ve spent years helping people see what’s often hard to see: themselves. The truth is, we don’t need more strategies; we need more self-awareness. Because when we get honest about who we are and how we show up, everything else — culture, performance, connection — grows naturally from there.

I began my career in Corporate America — learning how to lead teams, communicate clearly, and check all the boxes that define success.

But over time, I started to notice something: people were showing up to work but leaving the best of themselves at the door.

We were measuring performance, not presence.

Hitting goals, but missing meaning.

So I stepped out to explore what happens when leadership becomes less about control and more about consciousness — when we create cultures where people can show up as their whole selves.

I call myself an accidental entrepreneur. After years in systems that rewarded doing over being, I realized what people most wanted — and what organizations most needed — wasn’t another process or program. It was presence.

So I left my corporate role and started doing what I’ve always done best: helping people see themselves more clearly.

Now, through Get REAL Leadership, I work with individuals and teams who are ready to shift from performance to presence, from compliance to conviction.

I believe leadership isn’t about having the answers.

It’s about asking better questions — and listening for what’s true.
